Most orders are printed within 24 hours. Same-day production is available for eligible orders placed before our daily cutoff time.
Yes. We offer same-day pickup and same-day shipping on qualifying orders placed before the cutoff time.
At One Hour DTF, every order is custom-made to your specifications. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges on correctly produced custom orders.
Custom DTF transfers cannot be returned unless the order arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error during production.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your claim and, if approved, replace the affected items at no additional cost.
Orders may be canceled only before production begins. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their artwork before submitting an order. We are not responsible for spelling errors, low-resolution files, or incorrect artwork uploaded by the customer.
Refunds are issued only when an order cannot be fulfilled or when an error is caused by One Hour DTF. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
